Payment Structure
We offer a structured and transparent payment system, with an option for full upfront payment:

  • Initial Payment: €3,000 (due at the beginning of the process).
  • Final Payment: €4,000 (due upon visa approval).

Process Overview

  1. Document Collection
    After the initial payment, candidates must upload the following documents for eligibility review:

    • CV
    • Passport
    • Resident ID
  2. Physical Fitness Assessment
    Candidates complete a fitness assessment via video call or by submitting a video.
  3. Visa Application
    Upon successful completion of the fitness assessment and payment of the initial €3,000, the visa application process begins. The remaining €4,000 is due upon visa approval.
  4. Interview and Selection
    Employers may conduct virtual interviews.
  5. Document Preparation for Visa Application
    Candidates, with our compliance team’s guidance, must provide the following:

    • A legally recognized criminal background check is required, complete with an Apostille and translation, from both the home country and the country of residence. In most cases, this document can be requested at a local police station.
    • The most recent educational degree and transcript require an Apostille and certified translation if the documents are not in English.
    • Experience certificate (aligned with CV)
    • Marriage certificate (if applicable)
    • TRC Questionnaire (provided by us)
    • For driver positions:
      • Driving license from home and resident countries
      • International Driving Permit (IDP)
  6. Visa Approval and Final Steps
    Once the visa is approved, candidates must complete the final payment (if only the initial payment was made). Afterward, travel arrangements and all necessary documents for the role will be provided.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency:

  • If candidates cancel their application, fail to provide required documents, or are unable to secure a clean PCC, no refund will be issued.
  • If we are unable to proceed with the visa application due to reasons within our control, a 50% refund of the initial payment will be provided.
