Our services encompass the facilitation of visa processes, work contracts, work permits, travel arrangements, accommodation, and more. As our offerings are service-based and tailored to each candidate&#8217;s unique circumstances, we have established the following refund policy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Payment Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Initial Payment<\/strong>: \u20ac3,000, payable upon commencement of the process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Final Payment<\/strong>: \u20ac4,000, due upon visa approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Note<\/em>: Candidates have the option to make a full upfront payment covering both the initial and final amounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Candidate-Initiated Cancellation<\/strong>: If the candudate cancels the application or fails to provide the necessary documents, or if a clean criminal background check cannot be obtained, no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Company-Initiated Cancellation<\/strong>: If Get Work in EU must cancel the application for reasons beyond the candidates control, a 50% refund of the initial payment will be provided. This refund accounts for administrative and processing costs, as well as the time invested by our team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Currency and Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base Currency<\/strong>: All prices are denominated in Euros (\u20ac). While our website may display prices in local currencies for convenience, the Euro serves as the base currency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currency Fluctuations<\/strong>: Due to potential fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount charged in local currencies may vary. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing; however, the final amount payable will be based on the Euro price, subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Non-Refundable Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Failure to provide required documents within the stipulated timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>Inability to obtain a clean criminal background check from the candidates home or resident country.<\/li>\n<li>Non-payment of the final payment upon visa approval, resulting in the cancellation of the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.
